Material Order Form & Policy Board approved 3/11/08 The Centralia Public Library is happy to order materials for patron’s personal library or use. However, the materials must be paid for in full prior to ordering materials or a patron’s personal credit card can be used when ordering. Patrons using credit cards will need to remain by staff member while order is being placed and credit card will be immediately returned to patron. The Centralia Public Library will not purchase materials with library funds on behalf of patrons for any reason.
