Outreach service: The staff of the library will deliver and pickup books for any homebound patrons as long as they are within the Centralia City Limits.
Large Print materials: The library has several shelves of large print materials available for easier reading.
Day care delivery: The library is happy to deliver materials once a week to local daycares. For more information call the library at (573) 682-2036.
Test proctoring: The staff of the library is happy to proctor tests for any educational class that requires a proctor during testing.
Story time: There are 5 story time classes offered each week at the library. For more information call the library at (573) 682-2036.
Interlibrary loan: from other Missouri libraries, $3.00 per book for shipping.
Heritage Quest genealogy website: A website for research of family history that can be used in the library or remotely by your home computer. See Online Databases for link.
Learning Express online practice tests: Accessible from your home computer, using your library card: GED, ACT, SAT, Grammar, Vocabulary, Law Enforcement, Nursing, etc. See Online Databases for link, or ask a librarian for details.
Computer Use: There are 20 computers available for patrons to use at the Centralia Public Library. You are welcome to use the library's computers for personal word processing or access to the Internet. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parental approved Minor Application form on file with the library.
