For February, we’re going to try something a little different. We’ll be looking at three different games with trains in the theme.
Ticket to Ride is an easy to learn route building game where players play cards to claim routes from city to city. Think Rummy hands, using trains to mark your score.
Both Railways of the World and Steam are heavier into the business end. A successful player must be able to balance his income and expenses in these two games. They have similar mechanisms, but differ in playing length and difficulty.
